There are several pathways you can take to get the training for a great career.
Earn while you learn. Start getting paid on day one while training for a career in fields like construction, healthcare, manufacturing, and more.
Funding may be available for both classroom and on-the-job training
Meet with a Job Coach online or at a DLT Career Center to check eligibility
Low-cost or no-cost training for Rhode Islanders. If you’re unemployed or underemployed, funding may cover approved programs on the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL).

The 4-module series was designed to build practical skills in areas such as effective communication, emergency preparedness, PCA rights and responsibilities, and supporting independent living.
