The RI Biotech Boot Camp provides a solution to meet the industry's immediate need for a skilled workforce. This program offers a win-win-win scenario: employers gain qualified employees, graduates secure interview opportunities for new jobs, and the state benefits from a sustainable workforce and expanded job growth. Upon successful completion, participants receive resume writing and interview preparation support to secure entry-level positions within biotech, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.
