Description

BF200 incorporates rigorous, skill-based training tied to measurable goals and outcomes that prepare participants for Registered Apprenticeship in the construction trades. Informed by employers, all hands-on exercises are designed for real-world use in a workplace. Classroom instruction components and tailored one-on-one social services also foster essential job-ready skills, including collaboration and teamwork, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, initiative, time management, and professionalism. Instruction delivered by industry professionals ensures participants receive the most effective work-readiness preparation.
