How to Request UI Payments

  1. Log in to your UI Online Account

    If you haven't created an account yet, visit UI Online and click “Create Account” below the login box on the right side of the screen. You’ll be asked a few questions in order to verify your identity and securely connect your account to your existing claim. After that, you can use this new platform to keep track of your claim and request payments every week.

  2. Certify Every Week

    Once your claim has been processed, log into UI Online during the dates specified in your UI Online/TeleCert mailing. You must certify for payments by logging in to UI Online once every week to collect benefits. You can also certify by phone at (401) 415-6772.

    Tip: You do not need to certify on a specific day of the week.

  3. Receive Payments

    Payments are generally deposited 48 hours after you certify.
