Updated UI Call Center Hours Starting this week, the call center will have adjusted hours on Wednesdays and Thursdays, which will be 8am - 12pm. This will allow call center staff to process claims filed online, respond to customer inquiries, and complete other claims-related work. There will be no change to Call Center hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Fridays. We apologize for the inconvenience. Visit the UI page for business hours.

Workers' Compensation New Compensation Formula Effective January 1st 2022 for new injuries, intermediate spendable base wage (SBW) calculations will be discontinued; the compensation rate will equal 62% of the claimant’s average weekly wage. Please see Information Letter 21-04 for additional information. The Education Unit has also produced a video webinar with step-by-step guidance. The Workers' Compensation Division monitors the workers' compensation system, ensuring that appropriate documents are filed to protect injured workers and employers, that claims are paid correctly, that all required employers have insurance coverage, and that insurance carriers report policy information to the Division. The Division also compiles information about injuries and costs, provides educational services, and report fraud. The Robert F. Arrigan Rehabilitation Center provides physical, psychological and vocational rehabilitation services for injured workers.
