Free or reduced-cost training for eligible unemployed and underemployed Rhode Islanders. Funding may cover your chosen ETPL program. You must meet with a Job Coach online or at a DLT Career Center to determine your eligibility.

Real Jobs RI Programs are run by partnerships consisting of employers and training providers and are entirely free to participants. Approximately 80% of Real Jobs trainees complete training and are in related employment.
