UPDATE: Real Jobs RI and Real Skills for Youth Solicitations

The deadline for submission of proposals to the Real Jobs RI and Real Skills for Youth programs has been extended to Friday, September 26, 2025, 4:00 PM EST. No materials will be accepted if received after this deadline.  

Emails confirming receipt of your submission will be sent, but this does not mean your submission is complete. Please take the necessary time and care to ensure all required materials are included.

The Department is not accepting or responding to solicitation-related questions beyond what is provided in the Question and Answer files.  

Unemployment Insurance Fraud

Did you or your employer receive an email or letter regarding unemployment benefits that you never applied for? This may mean that you’re a victim of UI imposter fraud.

Imposter fraud is when someone illegally applies for unemployment benefits using stolen personal information. If you suspect that your personal information has been stolen and used to file a claim for unemployment benefits, please follow the steps below.
