Description
The Human Resources Management certificate program is designed for individuals with little to no direct HR experience or education. The program is aligned with the Society of Human Resources Management Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge (SHRM BASK). Individuals must complete 6 of the available online courses to earn their certificate. There is no specific order in which the courses must be completed. However, we do highly recommend all individuals begin with HR Essential Skills to ensure they have a solid base of knowledge before continuing into the program. 1. HR Essential Skills - 5 weeks 2. Essentials of HR Law & Compliance - 5 weeks 3. Talent Acquisition & Retention - 5 weeks 4. Introduction to Total Rewards - 5 weeks 5. Business & HR Strategy - 5 weeks 6. Diversity Management in Organizations - 5 weeks 7. Talent & Performance Management - 5 weeks 8. People Analytics* - 6 weeks All new students will need to take the Strategies for Success module once before they begin. There is no cost for Strategies for Success. Students are given one-week to complete the module, which familiarizes them with our learning management software called Canvas. Most individuals complete this module in just a few hours. Students who complete the Bryant University Human Resources Management certificate will have engaged in the educational hours required to qualify to sit for the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) exam if they choose.
**You will need to meet with a Job Coach either online or at a DLT Career Center to determine your eligibility for an Individual Training Account of up to $15,000 to cover the cost of the ETPL program you wish to enroll in.**
