Bridges to Career Opportunities

Culinary Arts: Amos House offers training with opportunities to earn several certifications, including ServSafe Food Handler, Allergen, Alcohol, and CPR/AED.
·  Building Trades: Amos House offers Building Trades training to prepare individuals for jobs in maintenance, construction, and related areas, and offers certificates including OSHA-10, Lead-8, and CPR/AED training.
·  Commercial Driver’s License (CDL): Individuals pursuing a CDL prepare for their written test, obtain their CDL permit, and enter training with International CDL to gain driving experience and prepare to pass the CDL driver's license practical test.
·  Customer Service: Amos House offers in-house training that prepares trainees to provide both high-quality customer service in both in-person and call center environments and offers the opportunity to earn American Hotel and Lodging’s Guest Service Gold credential.
