Early Childhood Pre-Apprenticeship Program

The Early Childhood Pre-Apprenticeship CTE Pathway provides high school students with Child Development Associate (CDA) training, hands-on experience working with children, and the opportunity to earn college credit while completing high school. Through this program, students gain the credentials and support needed to secure entry-level positions in early childhood programs and begin a career pathway in early childhood education.

This program opportunity is organized by the Building Futures Council led by RI Association for the Education of Young Children.
