The Rhode Island Institute for Labor Studies and Research(ILSR) First Mile: Career Navigation Program supports unemployed and underemployed adults on the first steps of their career pathway journey in the emerging green economy. ILSR provides employability skills training, academic instruction, and individualized pathway navigation support services to program participants as they complete proven and successful workforce training programs.

This program opportunity is organized by the First Mile Career Navigation Program, led by the RI Institute for Labor Studies.
