First Mile: Career Navigation Program: TA Training Program

The Rhode Island Institute for Labor Studies and Research (ILSR) First Mile: Career Navigation Program supports unemployed and underemployed adults at the first steps of their career pathway in education. ILSR provides employability skills training, academic instruction, and individualized pathway navigation support services to program participants as they complete proven and successful workforce training programs.
