Building Futures Inside is modeled after the Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3), which is nationally recognized by North America’s Building Trades Unions’ locals. MC3 is a standardized, comprehensive 120-hour course that introduces individuals to careers in construction. The curriculum includes: 1) Construction Industry Awareness, 2) Construction Trades Awareness, 3) Construction Health and Safety, 4) Tools & Materials, 5) Construction Math, 6) Blueprint Reading, and 7) Therapeutic Curriculum. Building Futures Inside also includes hands-on exercises relevant to the workplace to prepare participants for re-entry and further training.
This program opportunity is organized by the Building Futures Council led by Building Futures.
