Description
The Community College of Rhode Island’s Division of Workforce Partnerships is pleased to offer a 120-hour Ophthalmic Technician training program. Job placement assistance and preparation for national certification as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant is included.
By the end of the program, the student will have gained basic ophthalmic knowledge and skills to seek employment in an eye care facility. This will also provide a basis for potential future certification through JCAHPO after all prerequisites are met.
This program opportunity is organized by the Community College of RI Division of Workforce Partnerships, led by the Community College of Rhode Island.
