Description
This program, part of the Residential Construction Workforce Partnership (RCWP), provides career exploration, recruitment, and entry-level craft awareness. Certified instructors and support staff offer training in:
- Carpentry/Weatherization
- Electrical
- HVAC/Plumbing
- Basic Carpentry and English as a Second Language (BCTELL)
The program aims to upskill participants, support job placement, and create pathways to entrepreneurial opportunities and minority-based business creation. The training lasts for three months and is available to both job seekers and incumbent workers.
