Description

The Essential Hospitality Skills program will run for 4 weeks, Monday through Friday, from 9AM to 3PM. It will be held in-person at the Education Exchange in Peace Dale (South Kingstown, RI). Skills trained include:

  • Culinary skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Food safety
  • Front-of-house management
  • COVID-19 cleaning training
  • ServSafe, FoodSafe, and/or TIPS credentials in food handling, allergens, and alcohol

Resume building, internships, and job placement services are also provided. Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a stipend ($500) and assistance securing a hospitality job.
