Man Up empowers formerly incarcerated Rhode Islanders to achieve career success. Their mission is to provide a comprehensive support system specifically designed for men of color facing post-incarceration challenges. This includes workforce development programs, access to higher education, and assistance with social, financial, and legal barriers. Man Up equips participants with the skills and credentials they need to thrive through:

1. Accredited job training leading to industry-recognized certifications.
2. Job placement in high-demand fields like manufacturing, construction, and defense.
3. A supportive network to help them overcome personal hurdles.
