Description
The "Pipeline Program" is a PAID training that will prepare underemployed and unemployed jobseekers for entry level careers within the Marine Trades industry. Participants will be placed into fulltime employment at the beginning of the training program. Upon completion of the training program, participants will employment status will become permanent, and participants will be eligible for a promotion or wage increase.
This program opportunity is organized by the Marine and Composites Real Jobs Partnership led by Rhode Island Marine Trades Association.
