Description

This one-week job readiness bootcamp offers open enrollment for four essential customer service programs:

  • First Impressions: Exceptional Customer Service
  • Lasting Impressions: The Core of Communications
  • Hospitality: The Third Language
  • Guest Service Gold

Designed for unemployed and underemployed Rhode Islanders, this training will equip you with in-depth communication skills essential for multi-generational workplaces. You'll benefit from classroom instruction, hands-on practice, and an internship with a RIHA employer member. Upon completion, you'll earn multiple certifications, boosting your employment potential.

This program opportunity is organized by the RI Hospitality Training Academy led by RI Hospitality Association.
