LEAP Mentor Program

The LEAP (Leadership Equity Accelerated Pathway) Mentor Program is designed for Asian, Black, Hispanic or Latino, Indigenous, and multi-racial young adults (18-30). This 5-month initiative offers skills-building and support to help you navigate academic and career challenges.

The program includes:

• Mentorship: A 5-month program connecting you with a mentor to set goals, overcome hurdles, and find solutions – all with RIBBA's support.
• Educational Workshops: Monthly sessions focus on personal growth, emotional skills, and the professional skills you'll need to succeed.
• Career & Financial Coaching: Receive personalized one-on-one coaching to build career strategies and financial awareness.
