The Emerging Leaders Development Program supports the advancement of high-performing Asian, Black, Hispanic or Latino, Indigenous, and multi-racial professionals into senior leadership roles. This comprehensive 7-month program provides participants with the essential skills, knowledge, and support network to propel their careers forward. The program includes:

  • In-residence training
  • Development assessments
  • Executive and emotional intelligence coaching
  • Mentorship opportunities
  • Civic engagement activities
  • Volunteer opportunities
  • Networking events

Through this program, participants gain the tools and visibility to become influential leaders within their organizations and communities.

This program opportunity is organized by the Accelerated Equity Pathways led by Rhode Island Black Business Association.
