This training program equips participants with the essential skills to thrive in entry-level call center and customer service roles within the insurance and investment industries. It covers a comprehensive range of topics, including professionalism, customer service excellence, call center best practices, technology usage, basic investment and insurance fundamentals, and more.

This program opportunity is organized by the CCRI Division of Workforce Partnerships led by Community College of Rhode Island.

This training will occur in a hybrid format (sometimes virtually or McAuley Village).

Program Schedule

The McAuley Village cohorts will be 45-hour long trainings. The cohorts open to the public will be 60 hours long.
