Dorcas equips participants with the skills they need to succeed, offering English language instruction, digital literacy training, work readiness development, career exploration and planning, and referrals to further education or training – all delivered in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner.

This program opportunity is organized by the Real Pathways to Careers for English Language Learners led by Dorcas International Institute of RI .

Jan 2023 - Dec 2023 Inclusive of 15 modules that cover a wide array of U.S. Work Culture training. 10 hours per week of classroom instruction supplemented with 4-6 hours per week of digital literacy and work readiness instruction.
